6 cups Spinach or Swiss Chard stems and spines removed, finely choppedÂ
12 T oil
12 eggs
1 cup grated cheese or mixture of grated parmesan and ricotta cheese
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
parsley
garlic
marjarom
grated bread crumbs
Stuff into cannelloni shells, wonton wrappers or make your own ravioli pasta
